Happy Monday! I have been working on some minor revisions to one of the patterns I did a few years ago. I pulled it and had been meaning to get it done but time passes so quickly and other projects got in the way. Over the past few weeks in between class assignments I managed to get the pattern done.
I pulled these fat quarters to use for the pattern. I love the blue and yellow combo. I think it will turn out be a very pretty finish. On another note, I have a proud mom moment to share with you. My DD whose amazing at drawing found one of my mini embroidery hoops and decided that she was going to help me use up my embroidery floss so she drew up this pumpkin and Fall sprigs design to embroider.
She worked on these two hoops while watching tv. The grey fabrics were from my scrap stash. She was so proud of these two finishes that she found a spot on the wall among our Halloween decorations to put them up. I have to say, they look awesome on our walls ;-D
