Roundabout Tote Pattern and Giveaway

Happy Tuesday! It sure is a happy Tuesday around here. I am literally doing the happy dance. I had this tote pattern on the back burner for a very long time, longer than I want to admit. I had some changes that I've been wanting to make and working on all of the diagrams on my own was very time consuming, but I am SEW happy it's finally complete. 

Bloom Zipper Pouch

This was my WIP. I had the fabrics all cut up and just plowed through to finish my project. I'm trying to use up scraps but it just seems like it keeps multiplying. I could keep making these Bloom zipper pouches with my scraps. They are so quick to whip up. 

Clutch Giveaway Winner and Craftsy

Happy Monday!!! It's been so long since I was able to sew or do much. I am happy to say that things are going back to normal this week and hope to finish quilting my flannel chevron quilt I had basted at the beginning of the month. On that note, I have decided to re-open my pattern shop and have gone with Craftsy for that.

Sweet Dreams Quilt Tutorial

I hope you've all had a wonderful weekend. I have been so busy with our son's fundraiser and sewing obligations that I haven't been able to get a lot of things done and that includes fun sewing.

I created a new pattern before Christmas using my Mini Mikes fabrics from Michael Miller. It is perfect for a masculine quilt. I am trying to find some time to get this pattern written up and diagrams done.

The Moda Bake Shop's holiday gift series is full of fun and creative gift ideas for you to whip up those holiday gifts. It can be as short as a 30 minute tutorial or for those of you who have some extra time you can make a larger project. Whatever it is, I am sure you'll find wonderful inspirations during this event.

Homecoming Table Topper Tutorial

Happy Monday!
I can't believe this is Thanksgiving week. This year has gone by so fast. Are you ready for Christmas? I am not. I have so many things I would like to complete, like new stockings, oven mitts and some little projects for our kids. I did manage to get the Homecoming table topper tutorial done. It took a while in between finishing up some patterns, design team responsibilities and of course the border issue. I was going back and forth on what I would like to do with the border. In the end I scrapped the scrappy border because of the oddball measurement resulting from the sashing.

Sneak Peek

I have been busy working on a bunch of new patterns. These fabrics are from Michael Miller's Mini Mike collection which you can get right now at a great deal here. This quilt was sew much fun to make. You can even use scraps to make it. Talk about scrap busting. What have you been working on? I am working on my Dots on Dots blog hop projects, making a school bag for our high schooler and squeezing in some time for holiday sewing.
