Fall Blog Hop

Hello! It’s Fall and that means time to pull out Fall fabrics from my stash to make a couple of large zipper pouches. These are so much fun to make and can be used to organize your essentials or use as a large clutch. I tried a new to me material for the lining. I ordered some waterproof canvas to see how well it would sew up and let me just say, it's a breeze to sew.

I used my normal 90/14 universal needle and my normal presser foot. Didn't have any issues with the material. I didn't use interfacing since the canvas was pretty sturdy. These make great gift ideas for the upcoming holiday.

Great idea to make the small bags that will go with you throughout the day. Hope they bring a smile when you use them.

Zipper pouches are so handy to have on hand, for transporting sewing projects, or for gifts! They are quick too, so great for those times when you want to sew but don't have much time. Nice!

That would be a great place to hide a couple Halloween candy snacks from the rest of the goblins in the house!
