Double Nine Patch Quilt WIP

Just popping in to share a WIP double nine patch quilt that I've been plugging away at. This is one of my favorite color combinations. This is a large queen size quilt so I had to tackle it by doing assembly lining sewing step-by-step in order to get it done.

I laid the blocks out in rows and started piecing them together. I ironed every step of the way to make it easy for me to nest every seam as I sewed away. I am really liking how the blocks turned out. I can't wait to share the finished quilt with you next wee.

I will see you next year. Thank you for visiting my blog and allowing me to share my creative side with!
