Knitted Scarf

A couple of weeks ago I started on this crochet infinity scarf. The yarn was from a sock project I was supposed to work on but the sock came out all funky. I ended up ripping it apart because socks are really hard for me. I'll have to do that another time. Since I didn't use this yarn for the socks, I wanted an easy project to use it up. I've made this crochet scarf before because it's a quick project to whip up.

Are you a midnight stitcher? Our Quilt-Group is open all hours. Come join us.

Basically you chain stitch however long you would like the width to be and then do a double crochet all around. Continue until it's long enough or you use up the yarn. To form the circle, I left a really long tail and wove the ends together. This is a really forgiving pattern so any type of yarn will do. I've only used fingering weight/sock yarn on mine. It's light enough to wear during the Summer when the weather is cooler.
