I bought this pretty stripe fabric a couple of years ago and so happy I have a great use for it. This scarf took me 30 minutes give or take cutting/prepping time to make. The only thing I didn't like was pulling the threads to create the fringe. After a while I decided that I was done and if DD wants a more fringy (is that even a word ;-D?) kind of look she can do it on her own.
This second scarf is a knitted one. I found some Sashay yarn at Joann's and bought a skein to knit it. It took some getting used to because of the way the yarn was made but after I got the hang of it, it was a breeze. I love the beautiful ruffles it creates. You can find the instructions here.
Well that's all for today. Have a SUPER weekend!

They are both fabulous! I'm a Sashay scarf maker, too. Love what you did with the pretty striped fabric, and it is wrapped so cute! Lovely model, too!
